GENERAL
You must be 18 years of age to place an order, minors must have permission in writing from a parent / legal guardian.
We aim, to present the most recent, accurate and reliable information on our website at all times. However, there may be instances of incomplete data, typographical errors or inaccuracies. We cannot guarantee that a photograph depicts the product exactly. Though we apologise for any inconvenience these errors may incur, we reserve the right to amend or update product information at any time, without prior notice. Scout reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed on merchandise listed at the incorrect price.
Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products and sizes. If we are out of stock on an item you have ordered, we will notify you by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
PRICES
All prices include 20% VAT (Swedish tax). Prices shown in other currencies than SEK are only indicative prices and vary with the Swedish krona exchange rate.
TAX FREE [Non EU Customers]
Customers outside of the European Union shops tax free on sukauto.com and will therefore not be charged for any tax. The 20% VAT will be excluded from the total amount when you choose your country in the shopping cart during checkout.

Med denna tjänst får du faktura på 14 Dagar räntefritt från det att vi skickat ut ditt paket. .Betalningsvillkor 14 dagar. Vid försenad betalning utgår påminnelseavgift med det belopp som är tillåtet enligt lag f.n. 50 kr samt dröjsmålsränta med 24% + gällande referensränta. Sedvanlig kreditprövning utan kännedomskopia sker och leverans sker endast till folkbokförd adress.
Klarna konto / Dela upp betalningen fr 50 kr/mån Med denna tjänst väljer du hur mycket du vill betala i månaden, som lägst 50 kr/mån eller 1/24 del av totalbeloppet. 19.50% årsränta. Aviavgift 29 kr. SECURITY
The card payment system used by SUKAUTO is developed by Dibs, Scandinavias largest company for online payment solutions. All card transactions are sent via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are encrypted. We do not store any payment information in our database.
SHIPPING RATES
We offer world wide shipping. We ship all orders with the Swedish national post. Shipping is signed for and trackable. The shipping rates are:
Within Sweden 65 SEK Within Europe 150 SEK Outside Europe / Rest of the world 160 SEK
Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs or any other charges imposed by the country to which the order is shipped.
PICK UP AT STORE
Choose this option to pick up your order at our Gothenburg store. Your order will be ready for pick up the following weekday. To identify your order you need to bring a copy of your order confirmation.
DELIVERY TIME
Swedish orders 1-3 working days International orders 2-8 working days
ORDER CONFIRMATION
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail shortly after placing your order.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to exchange or return an item (for a full refund) within 14 days of receiving them. The goods must be unworn, complete with all original tags and in original and resalable condition. You must also return a copy of the original receipt.
When returning or exchanging items you will have to pay the return shipping cost.
Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post. If you are returning shoes, the original shoebox must be in mint condition. Otherwise we will not accept the return. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Please note that additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have will not be refunded by Sukauto.
All sales final on jewelry, socks, hosiery and men's and women's underwear.
Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 30 business days at the latest, after we have received the returned products.
How to return an item:
1. Always contact us at info@sukauto.com before returning an item. 2. Fill out the return form that comes in the package.
3. Send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

4. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit the account you assigned in the return form.
How to exchange an item:
1. Always contact us at +46 (0)31 701 00 03 or info@sukauto.com if you want to exchange an item. This is to make sure the new item is reserved for you. If you don't you risk that the item you want is sold out before we can register the exchange. Please have your order number ready when calling or emailing us.
2. Fill out the return form that comes in the package.
3. Send the item back together with the return form to the address below.

4. When we have recevied the item and approved the return we will send you the new item. If the new item is cheaper we will credit the difference to the account stated on the return form. If the new item is more expensive you will have to pay the difference by credit card.
SALE PRICES
Unfortunately it is very difficult for us to know if and when something will go into sale. As a result if something does go down in price after you have purchased it, we are unable to refund the difference.
FAULTY ITEMS
If an item is faulty you may return the item free of charge. Contact us by email within 14 days after receiving the item. If the item is faulty or if we have shipped an incorrect item we will send you a new item free of charge. If the replacement item is sold out or unavaliable we will issue a full refund.
DAMAGED GOODS
All packages we ship are insured. If the package and/or the content are damaged upon arrival, please report that to the courier when you receive it. If you notice any damages when you unpack, please contact us.
FORCE MAJEURE
If SUKAUTO fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war or natural catastrophes such as earthquakes, volcanic action and other similar matters, then SUKAUTO can not be held responsible.
